Mr. Hitchcock is in fine form with a satifying mixture of old and new songs. now that Doctor Who has been so brilliantly revived lets hope that when it comes to the next regeneration the producers look in the direction of mr. H.He would be perfect..no really... okay only joking about that last bit (but i can dream). Robyn Hitchcock is in fine form solo acoustic/electric and with drum accompaniment on this radio show. As it is a radio show, the sound quality is pristine and the song selection is quite impressive. With a number of tracks off of his "Spooked" album, he also presents a nice cross section of his entir discography. Highlight tracks include "Chinese Bones" which is both poignant and haunting, "Queen Elvis" which is in great form here, "Creeped Out" and "Full Moon..." are also particularly stellar. Other best tracks include "Television" and "My Wife and My Dead Wife." It is certainly worth checking out from an absolutely stellar and unique musician and artist.
